Hosting Upgrade for cPanel Hosting & Web Hosting Plus!

We have a quick and exciting update from our hosting department!

In order to provide you and your customers the best products and services we will be doing a system-wide hosting upgrade of cPanel Web Hosting and Web Hosting Plus customers.

We will be upgrading all customers’ hosting plans to the latest operating system from CloudLinux 6 to CloudLinux 8. Unfortunately, an in-place upgrade is not feasible which means a server-to-server migration is required.

What to expect from this hosting upgrade?

Customers will experience some downtime as the migration occurs. Our goal is to make this as minimal as possible, but please know that there will be downtime.

We sincerely apologize for any outages that may occur, but ultimately it’s to move towards a superior performance.

You will receive email notifications about 30 days prior to the migration, 7 days, and the day-of, these will be going out over an extended period of time as we will be doing these in batches over time.
