Cancel orders from my online store

Sometimes you may want to cancel an order that a customer placed by mistake.

1. Go to your ELITEWEB.Co product page.
2. Scroll to Website Builder and select Manage next to your site.
3. In your Dashboard, select Store > Orders.

4. Select the order you want to cancel from your list of orders.
5. Select  next to Fulfill Order, then select Cancel order.
6. Select Yes to confirm you want to cancel the order.

• Cancelling an order does not refund the customer their money. You must refund your customer through your payment provider.
