Having trouble signing in?

If you’re having trouble signing in to your Microsoft 365 email account, try these solutions.

If	Do this
You’re unable to sign in using your credentials.	Confirm you’re accessing your email from the correct URL and sign in to your account.
You’re the administrator of a Microsoft 365 account and you or one of your users have lost or forgotten the email password.	Try one of the following:Send yourself a password reset email Change the email password
You’re not the administrator of the Microsoft 365 account and you’ve lost or forgotten your email password.	Send yourself a password reset email.
You can successfully sign in online but are having trouble with Outlook.	For Windows PC, clear the Windows Credential Manager.
You have a Business Premium plan and can’t sign in to your Outlook desktop app.	Check your account.
