Change my domain privacy settings

Change the privacy setting on your domain to hide or expose your domain contact info. Every domain registered through ELITEWEB.Co has their domain contact info automatically substituted with proxy details through our privacy service provider, Domains By Proxy®. Your contact info will still be on the domain, but proxy details will be used at the Registry and in the ELITEWEB.Co WHOIS directory.

1. Log in to your ELITEWEB.Co Domain Control Center. (Need help logging in? Find your username or password.)
2. Select your domain to access the Domain Settings page.
3. Next to WHOIS Privacy Settings, select Show personal data on WHOIS . Or, hide your contact info if it’s already exposed by selecting Protect Contact Info.
    Note: Exposing your contact info, even for a short time, can be seen and potentially used by anyone. Hiding it will remove your details from WHOIS, but if someone saw it while it was exposed, they could still use that previous info.
4. Review how your contact info will display on the public ELITEWEB.Co WHOIS directory, then select Continue.
5. Check the box next to I consent to expose my contact information in the public ELITEWEB.Co WHOIS directory., then select Continue.
    Note: You’ll need to verify your identity if you have domain protection on your domain. We’ll send a verification code automatically if you’ve had 2-step verification (2SV) enabled in your account for more than 72 hours. Otherwise, select Send Password and we’ll send a one-time password to your registrant email address.

You’ll see a Success confirmation once your settings have been updated. Please allow up to 24 hours for these changes to fully reflect in the public ELITEWEB.Co WHOIS directory.
