If you encounter errors when trying to connect your site to Facebook, try resetting your Facebook connection.
First, check that you’ve created a Facebook business page, which is different than your Facebook profile page. If you do not create a business page or convert your personal page to a business page, you won’t be able to connect it to your site.
You may decide to disconnect your site from Facebook. However, this will also disconnect Instagram and remove any images you have imported from your social media accounts.
If everything appears to be correctly checked but you still can’t connect, contact customer support for more advanced research.
