1. Sign in to your Reseller Control Center (use your ELITEWEB.Co username and password).
2. Go to Settings and then select Support Options.
   
3. Under Contact Preferences, enter your preferred Contact Email.
4. Check the box to confirm Yes, alert me of event notifications and important updates.
   
5. Click Save to start your subscription.
