US customers can select the Checking payment option in their Shopping Cart to pay by eCheck. You’ll be prompted to enter your bank account and routing numbers found at the bottom of your checks.

Our third-party check services provider, Certegy Check Services, creates an electronic funds transfer (“EFT”) or bank draft to debit the full amount of your purchase from your checking account.

FAQs About Certegy Check Services

Where can I find more information about Certegy and their contact details?
Certegy provides their FAQ’s and current contact information on their site, AskCertegy.com.

Why was my checking account transaction declined?
For specific information on why your checking account transaction was declined, please visit the Declined Check Lookup section of Certegy’s site, AskCertegy.com. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to know the information contained in your file at Certegy.

Certegy placed me in collections for an unpaid check. How do I know which ELITE WEB Co. order is unpaid?
If a payment is returned by your bank for any reason, the transaction amount plus any applicable service fees may be assigned to Complete Payment Recovery Services, or another similar agency, to recover the funds. In this case, the notice you receive from the agency will contain the transaction details including the date and amount for you to compare against the Order History page in your ELITE WEB Co. account.

Please contact our 24/7 Support Team with any questions regarding this process.

It’s your responsibility to keep your checking account current and funded. If a payment is returned unpaid, you’ll incur a service charge in accordance with fees permitted by law for each U.S. state or region.
