Clearing your browser cache can remedy a lot of problems you might see with your webmail. Please remember that clearing your browser cache will also remove any stored passwords, or auto-fill data.
- In Firefox, in the top right corner, click the 3-line button (Open menu).
- Select History.
- Click Clear Recent History….
- In the Time range to clear: list, select Everything.
- Select Cookies.
- Select Cache.
- Deselect everything else, so that only those two options are checked.
- Click Clear Now.
