To utilize all the features of Workspace webmail, you need to change your firewall security settings to allow pop-ups. These changes apply specifically to Workspace webmail and will only allow pop-ups from your email account.

Note: Newer versions of Norton do not include a pop-up blocker. If you are having trouble with blocked pop-ups, this is now a setting in your web browser, and not in Norton.

Norton Internet Security 2005 or 2006

  1. Open Internet Explorer or your Web browser.
  2. Log in to your Workspace Email account and open your product. (Need help logging in?)
  3. Click the NIS(for 2005), or Norton Internet Security(for 2006) icon on the address bar toolbar.
  4. Uncheck Block pop-ups from this website.

Norton 2006 Ad Blocker

  1. Open the Norton 2006 program installed on your computer.
  2. From the Options drop-down menu, select Norton Antispam.
  3. Under Ad Blocking, select General.
  4. Uncheck the box next to Turn on Pop-up Window Blocking.
  5. Click OK.

Note: You must turn off both the pop-up blocker and the ad blocker in Norton 2006.

Norton Internet Security 2004

  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Click on Web Contents, and select Add Site.
  4. Add http://email.secureserver.net to the list of sites.
  5. Click the User Settings tab, and uncheck Use Ad Blocking settings.
  6. Select Permit.

Norton Internet Security 2003

  1. Click on Options, and select Web Content.
  2. Select Add Site.
  3. Add http://email.secureserver.net to the list of sites.
