With the Email Backup add-on, you can bulk restore a user’s entire mailbox, contacts, calendar, or other items. The existing mailbox is compared with the backup to restore missing items to their original location.
- Sign in to Email Backup.
- Select Exchange.
- Find the user in the Individual Mailboxes list.
- Next to the user, select the menu in the Actions column.
- Select the option you want to restore.
- Select Confirm in the new window. You’ll see confirmation once the restore is successful.
Note: The size of the data being restored and Microsoft 365 server availability will affect how long the restore takes.
