  3. Your next step depends on if you’re using Classic View or Updated View.
    1. Classic view: Select Personal Settings, and then click Signature.
    2. Updated view: Select More settings, and then make sure you’re on the General tab. Under Email signature:, select Include signature in replies.
  4. (Optional) Select Automatically insert signature in compose window to automatically include your signature in outgoing email messages.
  5. Enter your signature text in the Signature field.
  6. (Optional) To insert an image into your signature:
    1. Click Insert Image.
    2. Click Browse, and then locate the image on your computer (maximum image size: 1MB).
    3. Click Insert, and then click OK.
    4. (Optional) Select Automatically insert signature in compose window to automatically include your signature in outgoing email messages.
    5. Under Signature, click the Text Icon (Insert Image) icon to save the image in your signature.
