Set my recovery email address

Adding a recovery email address helps you reset your Microsoft 365 password online. If you ever forget your password, a reset password link can be sent to your recovery email address.

1. Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard (use your ELITE WEB Co. username and password).
2. Select Manage next to the email address you want to edit.
3. Under Account information, select Add recovery email. (If you’ve already set a recovery email and you want to change it, select Edit.)
4. Enter your Recovery email and select Save.

You’ll see a confirmation message letting you know that your recovery email was added.
