Server and port settings for Workspace Email

Server and port settings can help with email set up on email clients on mobile and desktop devices.

You can find your server and port settings in the Workspace Control Center as well as below.

If you only see POP3 Incoming server, your email plan does not support IMAP. Learn more about the difference between POP and IMAP.

Americas

IMAP server and ports

• Incoming server (IMAP): imap.secureserver.net
• SSL Port: 993
• Port: 143

POP3 server and ports

• Incoming server (POP3): pop.secureserver.net
• SSL Port: 995
• Port: 110

Outgoing server and ports

• Outgoing server (SMTP): smtpout.secureserver.net
• SSL Port: 465 or 587
• Ports: 80, 3535 or 25

Asia

IMAP server and ports

• Incoming server (IMAP): imap.asia.secureserver.net
• SSL Port: 993
• Port: 143

POP3 server and ports

• Incoming server (POP3): pop.asia.secureserver.net
• SSL Port: 995
• Port: 110
