If you’re having trouble signing in to your Microsoft 365 email account, try these solutions.
|You’re unable to sign in using your credentials.||Confirm you’re accessing your email from the correct URL and sign in to your account.|
|You’re the administrator of a Microsoft 365 account and you or one of your users have lost or forgotten the email password.||Try one of the following:Send yourself a password reset email Change the email password|
|You’re not the administrator of the Microsoft 365 account and you’ve lost or forgotten your email password.||Send yourself a password reset email.|
|You can successfully sign in online but are having trouble with Outlook.||For Windows PC, clear the Windows Credential Manager.|
|You have a Business Premium plan and can’t sign in to your Outlook desktop app.||Check your account.|
