Add a customer to an existing appointment or event

A customer might need your help adding them to an existing appointment or event. If you need a new event, take a moment to add a service (appointment or event) first and then come back here and add customers.

1. Go to your ELITE WEB Co. product page.
2. Scroll down to Website Builder and select Manage next to the website you want to change.
3. In the Dashboard, go to Appointments > Calendar.
4. Select Add Booking.
5. Pick the desired service, date, and time.
6. Type your customer’s first name, last name, and email address at a minimum to add them as an attendee. The customer receives an email confirmation, along with a link to reschedule (if enabled).
7. Select Save.
