Find the username for my Gen 4 server

Here’s how to find the username for your Generation 4 VPS or Dedicated Server. You need your username to connect via SSH or to connect to the server via Remote Desktop (RDC).

1. Log in to your ELITE WEB Co. account. (Need help logging in?)
2. In your My Products page, click Servers, and next to the Generation 4 server you want to use, click Manage.
3. In the account Dashboard, at the top of the page select Settings.
4. In the Access section, your username is beneath Login credentials.
