Add digital products

In your Website Builder Online Store, you may want to offer digital products, such as downloadable documents, videos or audio files. You can have both digital products and physical products, which are shipped to your customers. 

1. Go to your ELITE WEB Co. product page.
2. Scroll to Website Builder and select Manage next to your website or store.
3. From your Dashboard, go to Store > Products.

4. Select the Add button to add a new product.
5. Choose the Video/Digital product type.

4. Start by entering a Product name and a Price, which are required fields. Fill in the remaining fields as needed.
   • Image or video: Products with images are more appealing. Select either button and browse to the file you want to use and choose Open. Note: Images must use the .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .png format and cannot exceed 10MB each. (You can upload images up to 5000 by 5000 pixels, but their maximum display will be 1920 by 1080 pixels.)
   • Sale price: Shows sale price with regular price crossed out
   • Tax category: By default, the category is set to Digital Products. If the product is taxable, change the menu set to Standard or select Non-taxable.
   • Visibility: Switch the toggle for Visible on my store to no to hide seasonal items or if you plan to display multiple products simultaneously later.
   • Categories: Make it easier for customers to find items by creating categories, such as clothing, housewares, toys. For more on creating subcategories, see Add product categories.
5. Use the tabs to add more details and provide the digital product.
   • Description: Add details about the product.
   • Downloadable Content: Select Add File. After adding and naming your product file, select Save to upload it.
   • Search Engines: Automatically adds a direct link to this product, which you may edit.
6. Select Save again when you’re done or select Save and Add Another to add more products.Note: You can add no more than 5,000 products to your Online Store — in any combination of physical and digital products. You can bulk upload no more than 100 products at a time. While you can add or import products to your store, there’s no export option. (InstantPage users cannot add more than six products total with no bulk upload option.)
7. To make your changes live, publish your site.

Note: You may upload up to 10 files per product. Almost all file types are allowed (mp3, mp4, m4a, zip, csv, xls, etc.) and each cannot be larger than 2 GB. Your customer gets a unique URL for each file and can download the file up to 3 times.
