Incase you have forgotten the password to your professional business email, or need to update it for security purposes we have provided steps below to show you how do this easily. You can view information related your Professional Email password, as well as more account information, from within the Email and Office dashboard within your EliteWeb.Co account. The steps to change your password will differ depending on if you are the Elite account owner, or the email user.
How to update an email password if you are an Elite account holder:
- Sign into your Elite account and locate the Email and Office dashboard. If you are having issues logging into your Elite account please click here.
- Under the users tab, press manage next to the email address you want to edit.
- In the manage tab, select the option which reads password.
- Choose a new password, and then enter it again to confirm it.
- Once finished, press save. It may take a moment for your password to update.
How to update an email password if you are the email user:
- Sign into your Email and Office dashboard with your email credentials.
- Locate the manage tab, then choose the password option.
- Enter your existing password, then your new password. After, re-enter your new password in order to confirm it.
- Select save. Please bear in mind it may take up to 30 minutes for your password to fully reset.
